TIGMANSHU TO TEAM UP WITH GOVINDA
Now that Tigmanshu will have to keep his Good Nght on hold after the problems that occured with Neil Mukesh walking out, the director is already setting his goals on his next film. Slated to be a comedy for TV18, this film will have Govinda in the lead role.
SIVAN THROUGH WITH HIS CLICK
Not chick, his Click.....That is what Sangeeth Sivan's latest film is titled. The film starring Shreyas Talpade and Sneha Ullal probably do wonders for their respective careers. However they will have to wait till Sivan's other flick EK-The Power of One (the Bobby Deol-Nana Patekar starrer) makes its way to theatres in the first half of the year.
SHAHRUKH and PRIYADARSHAN TOGETHER?
One day Shahrukh is looking at a year ahead with nothing to do. Suddenly he has no dates to spare? Fresh on the heels of news that he will be doing Adiya Chopra's next and even a new TV game show, now we hear that he is also appearing as himself in an upcoming Priyadarshan film. However it is also revealed that he has a Surprisingly, this first venture that brings together Priyan and SRK is actually being co-produced by SRK's Red Chillies Entertainment.
BOLLYWOOD TRIES A GHOSTBUSTERS ?
Oh, leave the Hollywood gems alone. But no....unfortunately when actors like Aamir Khan tries to give Indian cinema a boost with original ideas, some are looking to
make a quick buck ripping off Hollywood flicks. And Sanjay Dutt is one who looks to do that with his new production company Sanjay Dutt Productions. And first on the list is a Ghostbusters remake starring Sanjay himself along with Salman and Riteish Deshmukh. Come on, if they are really interesting in getting the comedy on track, I suggest throw Govinda too into the cast.
AHMED KHAN NEEDS TO GO TO PAATSHAALA
Mid-day had an article up about Shahid Kapur and his new film Paatshaala, which like the superhit Taare Zameen Par, is about an inspiring music teacher who comes into the lives of young students. The film is produced by Ahmed Khan who had two directorial disasters in the form of Lakeer and Fool N Final.
However what takes the cake is that when quizzed about the failures of those two, he has the nerves to say that the producer is to be blamed for the failure!?! I mean, what he got was a dream budget to do anything he wants, and he goes and messes it twice with the multistarrers. Ahmed, you seem to be graceful enough to take the blame, mister! Add to that thankfully he will not be directing Paatshaala, it will be Milind Ukey
YUVRAAJ TO STRIKE ON OCT 24

Subash Ghai has announced that his mega opus Yuvraaj will hit the screens on 24th October. The date has been auspicious with it being the birth of Mukta Arts in 1978. Ghai also goes onto promise the announcement of his next project on the same day, but confirms that no casting has been made yet! source:Indiafm
NEIL vs TIGMANSHU : The saga continues
Last week we told how Tigmanshu was furious over Neil Mukesh in regards to his upcoming film Good Night. This week, we hear Neil's side of the story. And he makes it clear that he is going the Aamir way - no script, no dates! It is a good mantra than encouraging the crappy film making fest that Bollywood is so proud about ! source:Indiafm
AKSHAY-KAREENA TEAMS UP FOR TEVAR
Rediff reports that Yash Raj films will get Shaad Ali (Bunty and Bubli) once again in the director’s chair for Tevar. The film will reportedly bring together Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor.
SANTOSHI NO LONGER WITH LONDON DREAMS
London Dreams is now being revived. Yes, I heard that. But now it seems that it no longer shall be the same London Dreams anymore. Originally planned by Raj Kumar Santoshi, it was to star Santoshi’s fave Ajay Devgan with Salman and was to have music composed by A.R Rahman.
However now out goes Santoshi as Vipul Shah is confirming to be directing this one as per the latest news from Times of India. So chances are Ajay Devgan too will be replaced. Then the question remains, the music? Another problem is that with the makers trying to sign in Katrina Kaif as the leading lady, this might just turn out to be another version of Yuvraaj, as both are based on the music scene!

Mid-day takes the story further reporting that Ajay Devgan indeed has refused the project without Santoshi. Instead most likely, it would be Akshay Kumar who would be roped in.
It is indeed strange that the man who was behind the concept, Santoshi, is suddenly left totally out in the cold, absolutely clueless about his project!

MALAMAAL SEQUEL
No that the first time around it was a brilliant piece of cinema. I found it pretty ordinary with a few moment here and there. But the makers think that they they should make more out of the success they achieved with Malamaal Weekly. Ok, no Priyadarshan this time around. Another director is in the talks. And with no Priyan, Paresh Rawal is asking for a big paycheck for this one. And Riteish has no dates to spare either. So my question, why is Percept Pictures so keen on getting a sequel out? Do we really need one? - source: Hindustan Times

CATFIGHT! CATFIGHT!
The film in question is 123. The director- Ashwini Dheer of Office Office fame. Now to the main event…we have a furious Dheer giving an earful to Tanishaa. Things are not all that cosy at the sets of this movie. First of all, we have three divas Esha Deol, Sameera Reddy and Tanishaa running around the sets. And each cannot stand each other. Tanishaa seem to be the one with the most tantrums however. And so, let the games begin! source
