LONDON DREAMS TO BE REVIVED?
Hindustan Times reports that Raj Kumar Santoshi and producer Param Jeet Singh is keen to revive their shelved project London Dreams that was to feature Salman Khan and Ajay Devgan. This musical flick about two musicians trying to control the London underground music scene might just be what Santoshi needs the most, to make an impact at the box office. Especially since Rahman is the music director for the film based on the musical Amadeus.
DEVGAN AND KAJOL TO GO TOON
Producer Kumar Mangat now wants his fave Mr and Mrs Devgan to feature in an animation flick. The film on the lines of Who Framed Roger Rabit? will have a movie actor falling into an animated world and ending up as their superhero. Titled Toonpur Ka Superhero, this 40 crore project shall be directed by Kireet Khurana. Source: Rediff

Dream big and chances are that you might never get a project going in Bollywood. After Jaan-E-Mann, director Shirish Kunder has announced two big projects- Joker and Prince of India. However with both being big budget films that requires a lot of pre-production, it seems Shirish would settle now for a quickie titled Tees Maar Khan. So is there a Khan in it? Bollyvista reports that Raj Kumar Santoshi has signed on John Abraham for a partition era subject titled Jis Lahore Nahi Dekhiya based on Dr Ashgar Wajahat's novel.
MILAP TO DIRECT RITESH
Writer Milap Zaveri is the latest to try his hand at directing a flick. Roping in Ritesh Deshmukh, Ayesha Takia and Ruslan Mumtaz of MP3 fame, he expects to start the film by summer 08. Produced by Nikhil Advani and Mukesh Talreja, the film is tentatively titled JAANE KAHAAN SE AAYEE HAI. Indiafm reports as Milap does have a lot of people to thank for it!
SHEKAR KAPUR THIRSTY FOR PAANI
It has been long in the talking, and now Shekar Kapur seems happy to talk about it again. With music from Rehman, this futuristic flick Paani should have the potential but who is backing him. Subash Jha guesses UTV to be the one. Kapur also claims that his other flick Time Machine is also being revived by Rakesh Mehra.
Meanwhile Kapur is suddenly under the spot light as it is believed that he is the last person to have spoken to his Four Feathers star Heath Ledger before his untimely death. And to think that Kapur was supposed to have woken up Ledger. Sigh. Read Kapur's words on the young actor.
