Warner Bros presents SAAS BAHU AUR SENSEX (SBS) which is a production of PLA Entertainment Pvt LTd, a banner that brought many classic comedies of yesteryears that includes titles like CHASHME BADDOOR, JALWA, HERO HIRALAL and recently CHUP KE SE. SAAS BAHU AUR SENSEX also looks all set to join the ranks of these light hearted comedies, and this one is directed by Shona Urvashi.
It is a comedy about the changing times of Indian economies and how a bunch of Indian housewives decide to take a plunge into the world of stock markets.
The film stars Tanushree Dutta, Masumeh Makhija along with powerhouse talents like Kiron Kher, Farooq Sheikh and Lillete Dubey. However the film has already hit headlines thanks to the spat between Tanushree and the director. Probably the film will be remembered for the right reasons though!
This will be the first movie that Warner Bros shall be distributing in India. With this small budget flick, they will be surely testing the waters before unleashing their big budget project CHANDNI CHOWK TO CHINA.
