Businessweek has come up with a good article on things that have been haunting Hollywood giants for some time. And looks like they will just keep haunting them.
Studios like Paramount, MGM, Disney will simply have to do with their crisis and looks like 2008 might just not bring an end to anything.
Afterall it is Hollywood...the show must go on.

And someone has rightly pointed out that 2008 will be more interesting for the mere reason that it is more sequel free than 2007. While 2007 boasted of sequels for Spiderman, Shrek, Pirates and what not...there are way much fewer sequels in 2008 and thankfully, the focus is on the more 'original' ones.
