Two more comic book adaptations are getting into top league.
First of all, we have the spin off of the XMEN series. So this time, it shall be Hugh Jackman back in a solo action flick WOLVERINE where he shall have a go from start to finish. And thankfully, he does not have share screen time with any of the other Xmen dudes either. Gavin Hood is the slated director for this flick which should start filming by late this year.
And for those who prefer a more enseble style superhero flicks and think they will be missing X-MEN, then worry not. For the latest we hear is that Warner Bros is all set to bring JUSTICE LEAUGE OF AMERICA to the big screens by 2009. However there is also a buzz that it might not be a live action flick like all were expecting, but instead will be a CGI one. Whatever the outcome, expect a rocking JUSTICE LEAGUE to hit your screens on 2009 .
for those who are not that comic friendly, JUSTICE LEAGUE is the DC comics equivalent of Marvel Comics' X- MEn featuring the popular DC stars like Superman, Batman, Flash, Wonderwoman all rolled under one umbrella. Excited??
